Shipping costs

We ship to most European countries, the shipping costs for the countries can be calculated in the shopping cart with the shippingcost calculator. All our orders are shipped with Bpost.

 

Delivery time

The current delivery time is stated for every product in our webshop.

If your order is in stock, ordered on a working day before 14:00 and pay with a direct payment method such as Bancontact, your order will in most cases be shipped the same day. Normally you will have this at home the next day.

Belgian Otaku uses the following delivery times within Belgium:

In stock 2 to 4 days working days

Pre-Order: Pre-Orders are products that have not yet been released, where you have the possibility to reserve the product to ensure delivery on the day of release. Pre-Orders are generally shipped 1 day prior to product release.

A pre-order order will only be shipped when it is complete, if you don't want to wait that long, please contact us!

If you want to pre-order products with different release dates and you want to receive them with the release, it is best to make separate orders here.
